These Terms of Service govern your use of Arcane Tavern and the Random Restart Gaming website. By accessing or using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share passwords or authentication codes. Notify support@randomrestartgaming.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

GAME LICENSE

Random Restart Gaming grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arcane Tavern for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. The game, website, characters, artwork, text, systems, and other content remain owned by Random Restart Gaming or its licensors.

VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCIES

Gold, Arcane Crystals, energy, heroes, cosmetics, themes, upgrades, and other virtual items are licensed for use within the game. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside authorized game features. Game balance, availability, rarity, rewards, and virtual-item values may change as the game evolves.

PURCHASES

Android purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and payment policies. Prices and availability are displayed through Google Play where applicable. Purchase restoration, verification, refunds, and charge disputes may depend on Google Play records. Contact support@randomrestartgaming.com with your Google Play order number if a verified purchase is not granted correctly.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, manipulate purchases or rewards, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly allows it, interfere with servers or other users, impersonate another person, harass others, submit unlawful content, or use the service for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity. Report serious exploits privately to support rather than sharing instructions that could harm players or the service.

UPDATES, AVAILABILITY, AND TERMINATION

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

DISCLAIMERS

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every defect will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Random Restart Gaming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited as permitted by law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when the game, website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
