Random Restart Gaming operates Arcane Tavern. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how advertising works in the Android app, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information. When you create or use an account, we may receive your name, email address, user identifier, and authentication information from Base44 or the sign-in provider you choose, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or Apple.

Game information. We store information needed to operate your game, such as progress, heroes, quests, inventory, virtual currencies, settings, achievements, rewarded-ad claims, and gameplay activity.

Purchase information. Android purchases are processed by Google Play. We may receive a product ID, purchase token, order number, purchase status, and related verification information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Advertising information. The Android version of Arcane Tavern uses Google Mobile Ads, also known as AdMob, to offer optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or share approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising and device identifiers, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic information. This information may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance.

Technical information. Our service providers may process device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, security, and usage information needed to operate, protect, analyze, and improve the game and website.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to create and secure accounts, save progress, provide game features, verify and grant purchases and rewarded-ad benefits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, diagnose problems, maintain the service, and comply with legal obligations.

REWARDED ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES

Rewarded ads are optional. Players may choose whether to watch an available ad in exchange for the displayed in-game energy reward. Arcane Tavern does not require players to watch rewarded ads to access the main game.

Where required, the app requests advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region, consent choice, device settings, and ad availability, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Choosing non-personalized or limited ads may not prevent all advertising-related data processing needed for contextual ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

You may review available advertising privacy choices from the game's Settings page. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device settings. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING

We use Base44 for application hosting and account services, Google Play Billing and the Google Play Developer API for Android purchases, Google Mobile Ads and AdMob for rewarded advertising, Squarespace for this website, and the sign-in provider selected by the user. These providers may process or receive information only as needed to provide their services, measure performance, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, verify transactions and advertising rewards, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

Arcane Tavern is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and necessary fraud, security, transaction, and legal records. Account deletion instructions are available at https://www.randomrestartgaming.com/account-deletion.
